MANAOAG, Pangasinan - An on-site validation and verification activity is being conducted at the Health and Wellness Center here to assess the sustainability of the drug-cleared status of the Municipality of Manaoag and its 26 barangays.
“๐๐ฆ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ฅ๐ณ๐ถ๐จ-๐ค๐ญ๐ฆ๐ข๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐ช๐ด ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ง๐ช๐ฏ๐ช๐ด๐ฉ ๐ญ๐ช๐ฏ๐ฆ, ๐ฃ๐ถ๐ต ๐ณ๐ข๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐ซ๐ถ๐ด๐ต ๐ข ๐ค๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ค๐ฌ๐ฑ๐ฐ๐ช๐ฏ๐ต,” emphasized Philippines Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA Pangasinan Provincial Officer IA V Rechie Q. Camacho as he highlighs the importance of continued vigilance and community effort in the fight against illegal drugs.
The activity was attended by all 26 barangay lawmaking bodies led by
their respective chiefs, their barangay secretaries, health workers and members
of the Manaoag PNP headed by Police Major Peter Paul V. Sison. Together, they
participated in the validation process to ensure the continued compliance with
the parameters of being drug-cleared.
This first class town’s mayor Jeremy Agerico “Doc Ming” B. Rosario

The Rosario administration has made this campaign a top priority.
When Mayor Rosario assumed office in 2022, only three barangays were
declared drug-cleared. As of today, all 26 barangays have successfully achieved
and sustained their drug-cleared status—an accomplishment reached even before
the end of his first term as local chief executive.
