Dropped by at the office of the newly minted Malasiqui Mayor Alfie U. Soriano at the rainy Tuesday afternoon. Seasoned boadcaster Harold Barcelona and I bumped into inside the office of the mayor the newly elected --- the beauteous Bise Mayora Dang Mamaril.
