MORE FOODKARTS FOR 4Ps – At least 50 more food karts were turned over by the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) on April 28 to as many number of 4Ps beneficiaries after they underwent training on simple business management at the Women’s Center in Poblacion Oeste.
