I owe that to the Engineering department,” Governor Espino stressed as he noted that 14 hospitals that are managed by the province underwent major rehabilitation works courtesy of the PEO.

In response, Engr. Punay expressed elation for the heart-warming testimonials he received from the Governor and from his fellow employees at the PEO. “Nagpapasalamat ako sa inyong lahat at natulungan nyo ako na ma-improve ang Provincial Engineering Office,” Punay said.
