GLIDING ON PANGASINAN WAVES

GLIDING ON PANGASINAN WAVES.  A member of the Skim-Your-Heart-Out (SYHO) group glides across the waves during the series of free skimboarding clinics and exhibitions at the Lingayen Beach which forms part of the Pangasinan Pistay Dayat 2015 celebration.  The activity, which is among the youth and sports and tourism development thrusts of the Espino administration, gathered over a hundred participants and enthusiasts from April 27 to May 1.  /MVSadim
