Elected officials of San Carlos
City, Pangasinan took their oath with the magistrates last June 27, 2016 at the
Arenas – Resuello Sports Complex.
The inaugural ceremony started at
9:30 am with the procession of administering officers, elected city officials
and their families who were formally clad to the occasion.
After the reading of the official
proclamation of the selected officials by lawyer Ericson B. Organiza, OIC-City
Election Officer, the swearing in command started with the ten city councilors being
administered by Honorable Grace Gliceria de Vera Murala, Municipal Trial Court
Cities (MTCC) presiding judge, and the siblings City Mayor Joseres C. Resuello
and Vice Mayor Julier Resuello being sworn-in by Honorable Hermogenes C. Fernandez,
executive judge Regional Trial Court of San Carlos City.
After the oath taking, the vice mayor and the mayor had their inaugural addresses to their hundreds of their constituents like the city and village officials who converged at the Sports Complex.
