Verzosa said that if the intelligent people of Lingayen will elect him in 2016 he will  fast tracks the   development and progress of this capital town especially by sprucing up the tourist attractions by putting necessary infrastructures as well as encouraging the private sector to invest. He stressed that he would make the capital town’s economy bullish by solving the traffic snarl that haunts motorist and commuters here and improve the peace and order situation.
Verzosa’s career stints were in the Philippine Constabulary (PC) and its successor the Philippine National Police where he served in various positions such as the Chief of Police of Dagupan City, OIC-Provincial Director (OIC-PD) of Pangasinan and Intelligence Chief at the Police Regional Office 1  (PRO-1) in San Fernando City, La Union. Verzosa graduated from the prestigious Philippine Military Academy (PMA) in Baguio City.

Casipit, an ordained Pastor and Past District Superintendent (DS) of the United Methodist Church (UMC) and the Vice-President for External Affairs of the association; the Call to Order was done by Verzosa; Roll Call was assigned to Board Secretary Ramon T. Santillan;  Special Business on the Adoption of By-Laws by all officers and members.
Verzosa, a health buff, is the past president of the Lingayen Joggers/Walkers/Breakfast Club before retired LTO Regional Director Pat Urmaza succeeded him.  Verzosa is the incumbent President of the Pangasinan PNP Retirees’ Association which includes the likes of retired two-star General and 2nd Dist. Representative Leopoldo N. Bataoil, retired Police Senior Superintendent/Provincial Director and Police Regional Director and incumbent Pangasinan Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr., as well as a good number of former PPO Staff and former Chiefs of Police of the different LGUs of the huge province of Pangasinan.

He is also the newly inducted Vice-President of the multi-awarded Rotary Club of Lingayen, RI3790.  It was rumored that he will be the next Club President of the Rotary here.  Verzosa is the Past President of the JCI Lingayen Bagoong Chapter.
