URDANETA CITY - Because of various innovations conducted by Revenue District Office-6's chief Nasrollah Conding the office here was a recipient of the Civil Service
Commission’s Seal of Excellence fete.
Together with 13 government
agencies and offices, RDO-6 received last September 17 the award at Hotel Ariana and Restaurant
in Bauang, La Union .
Civil Service
Commission Commissioner Nieves L. Osorio was their guest speaker.
RDO 6 was among the
13 agencies that garnered “excellent rating” in the Anti-Red Tape Act Report Card
Survey conducted last year, for its
exemplary performance in the delivery of its front line services.
Some of the innovations
of Conding here were catapulting RDO-6 to the billionaire’s club district
because it collected last year one billion taxes.
In 2013, Conding
said, it collected only P800 million.
He added that RDO6
piloted the electronic certificate clearance which was later adapted by other
district offices nationwide of the BIR.

offices that received the awards from Commisioner Osorio were Social Security
System (SSS)- Vigan Branch, SSS-Laoag Branch, Land Transportation Office (LTO)-
Batac District Office (DO), LTO- Lingayen DO, LTO – Urdaneta City DO, BIR RDO-6
Urdaneta City, Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) – Laoag Branch
Office, Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) , PSA – Ilocos Norte Field
Office, Land Registration Authority (LRA) RD Laoag Ilocos Norte, Philippine
Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC)- Ilocos Norte.
