In a huddle with Department of Agrarian Reform Secretary Conrad Estrella (center) and Pangasinan Governor Monmon Guico (extreme left) at the governor's palace Urduja in Lingayen, Pangasinan. After Secretary Estrella told Editor Mortz Ortigoza (extreme right) about the political landscape of Pangasinan 6th Congressional District where his son is testing the water for a congressional run against incumbent solon Marlyn Primicias Agabas, the Editor told the Secretary: "It's a Battle Royal between your son and Cong. Marlyn". Estrella answered that he and his son considered themselves as dehado or electorally disadvantage to motivate themselves to be ubiquitous to the people of the district to buttress their political stocks against a seasoned well- entrenched lawmaker.
