MANGALDAN, Pangasinan – The local government of this burgeoning town opens to everybody the lease of the stalls of its modern public market-east wing.
Although businessmen who live in this first class town are a priority to avail of the commercial spaces they are open too to non-residents here, according to Mayor Bona Fe D. Parayno.
The 52 stalls are being sold to the public that started in August 8 this year.
“Isang magandang pagkakataon at long-term investment ito para sa mga interasado na nais mag-negosyo at mag-benta ng kanilang produkto at serbisyo sa lumalagong ekonomiya ng Mangaldan”, according to the Facebook Page of the Public Information Office – Mangaldan, Pangasinan.
The first come-first serve policy would be implemented to traders who are going to pay the good will that vary depending on the sizes of the stalls.
The following are the requirements before one can avail each of the commercial space:
𝟭. 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗗𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗙𝗘𝗘 • One-time payment by every new applicant • Must be fully paid prior to award and occupancy • Payable to the Municipal Treasurer • Non-reimbursable;
𝟮. 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗦 • BLUE (2 Units) ₱ 1,000,000.00 • GREEN (9 Units) ₱ 800,000.00 • PINK (4 Units) ₱ 700,000.00 • YELLOW (37 Units) ₱ 500,000.00;
𝟯. 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 • No person shall be allowed to lease more than two (2) stalls • An awardee can secure a business partner • Rights may be transferred: - FREE to a family member within second degree of affinity or consanguinity - PHP25,000.00, transfer fee to any individual • Duration of Lease – One (1) year;
𝟰. 𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 • Priority - FIRST: Holder of one previous contract of lease in the old/demolished public market; and (2) Recent business permit/Mayor’s permit - SECOND: All others • Residents of Mangaldan shall be given preference over all others.
Application to Lease Market Stall/Booth can be secured with the Office of the Mayor or the Office of the Market Supervisor.
