CITYWIDE EARTHQUAKE DRILL. Some 5,000 students of the Dagupan City National High School (DCNHS) join the city wide earthquake drill on July 30. Mayor Belen T. Fernandez (left) reminded the students as well as their teachers to always have a presence of mind in order to lessen the impact of the disaster on the lives of everyone.
