Boy Scout to the Rescue

Using a rope, a boy scout crosses a lagoon located inside the compound of Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center as part of the scouts exercises to train them on water rescue and survival activities. The activity called Rope Traverse is among of the rescue drills conducted during the 6th National Scout Venture Camp organized by the Boy Scouts of the Philippines and hosted by the Province of Pangasinan that aims to develop readiness among the young scouts in times of disaster.
