After being chided for lying by Cong. Joseph Stephen Paduano, Major Kenneth Paul Albotra (the one fingered by Col. Royina Garma to be part of the assassination of Tanuan City Mayor Tony Halili) , the beleguered Major was cited for contempt. It means, he goes to the slammer, er, detention cell of the House of Representatives.

After the assassination through a sharpshooter of the coat clad Mayor who was attending a flag ceremony at the ground of the municipal hall, Major Albotra and some cops returned to Cebu City -- their mother unit where they were under the supervision of President Duterte's alleged mistress and now whistle blower retired Col. Garma.
The fire breathing Cong. Paduano -- a fellow Ilonggo from Negros -- was the national commander of the Revolutionary Proletarian Army-Alex Boncayao Brigade (RPA-ABB), an armed communist revolutionary group.
The solon who has the propensity to disgrace police officers had a nom de guerre as Carapali Lualhati in the Commies' New People's Army.
Meanwhile, the members of the Quad Committee are being chummy as of press time with Police Col. Edilberto Leonardo as he cooperated with the wishes of the solons based on Garma's affidavit pinning Duterte and others on their narco war -- where 7,000 Filipinos were murdered -- where Leonardo oversaw it nationally by emulating the Davao Model.
He still denies however that he was behind the reward system to cops who received monies after they kill a drug suspect.
When Cong. Benny Abante emphatically questioned him -- it was already almost midnight, sannamagan! -- if there was indeed a reward system, Leonardo answered in the affirmative.
Would Leonardo and Garma become the silver bullet to implicate President Duterte as the Godfather of the gory Drug War in the forsaken country?
