Gov. Espino w/ 3 Congressmen at Day Care Assembly

PRESS RELEASE: Day Care Workers (DCWs) from the First District of Pangasinan are elated with Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr.’s (upper photo, at the rostrum) pronouncement that the provincial government supports the passage of Magna Carta for DCWs during the general assembly at El Pescador Resort in Bolinao last September 12.  Once the bill is signed into law, qualified DCWs will be accorded with security of tenure, regular salaries and social benefits.  Present during the meeting were (upper photo, starting from left): Emily dela Cruz (wife of Cong. Dela Cruz), ABAKADA Partylist Rep. Jonathan dela Cruz, 1^st Dist. Rep. Jesus “Boying” Celeste, 2^nd Dist. Rep. Leopoldo Bataoil and Board Member Antonio “Rene” Sison.
