CITY TURNS  OVER TWO NEW PATROL VEHICLES TO POLICE– Mayor Belen T. Fernandez (2^nd from left, center), in her continued campaign to make Dagupan more peaceful and orderly,  turns over two new patrol vehicles on  September 9 to the city PNP  thru P/Supt. Christopher N. Abrahano (3^rd from left, center). Also turned over was a new ambulance for use of the city’s Basic Emergency Life Extending Network or B.E.L.E.N. 16911 which can be immediately dispatched 24/7  for any emergency.
