BINMALEY, Pangasinan – Kailangan ang tamang engineering analysis at protection design sa mga seawall dito na nagpprotekta sa ilang mga barangay para maiwasan ang mga pagkakasira nila.

RA 9003 o Republic Act No. 9003 o mas kilala bilang Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000 ay batas na nagbibigay ng legal na balangkas para sa sistematiko, komprehensibo, at ekolohikal na programa sa pamamahala ng solid waste sa Pilipinas. Ipinag-uutos nito ang pagbabawas ng basura, pagbubukod-bukod sa pinagmulan (segregation at source), pag-recycle, at pagkompos, habang binibigyang-diin ang pakikilahok ng komunidad at wastong pagtatapon sa pamamagitan ng mga Materials Recovery Facilities (MRF).

Ang Zero Waste ay isang adbokasiya kung saan ito ay naglalayon na mabawasan ang generation na mga basura sa pamamagitan ng mga simpleng paraan tulad ng paggamit ng reusables sa halip ng mga disposables, tama at matalinong pagkunsumo ng mga resources upang maiwasan ang produksoyon ng basura, recycling/ upcycling, composting at iba pa.

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan – The 81st Lingayen Gulf Landing Anniversary during World War II and the 19th Veterans Day have been commemorated at the beach here recently.

It was graced by Undersecretary for Civilian and Reserve Affairs of the Department of National Defense (DND) Major Gen. Pablo M. Lorenzo in lieu of DND Secretary Gilbert Teodoro, Pangasinan Gov. Ramon V. Guico III, Vice Governor Mark Lambino, military delegation from the Australian Embassy, foreign veterans, and officials of the Philippine Veterans Bank and Philippine Veterans Affairs Office.

LANDING

Supreme Allied Commander for the Far East American Five-Star General Douglas MacArthur's landing in Lingayen Gulf on January 9, 1945, was the final phase of his famous promise to return to the Philippines. While his first landing was in Leyte months earlier, the Lingayen operation was the massive amphibious assault needed to retake the capital, Manila.

Retired Major General Romeo Poquiz of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) was arrested today at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 upon his arrival from Bangkok, Thailand.

The Philippines government charged him with the criminal case of Inciting to Sedition and Inciting to Rebellion.

U.S to Replace Black Hawks with Faster Tiltrotor Chopper

The Bell V-280 Valor is the successor of the United States made utility helicopter's UH - 60 Black Hawk as the U.S military replaced it with a faster and cheaper to maintain tiltrotor chopper.

 The V-280 Valor as published by Time Fold.

 The Philippines Air Force will be owning 47 Poland made S-70i Black Hawk combat utility helicopters. It is poised to become the biggest operator of these aircraft in the world. We currently have 40 helicopters thanks to the most recent supply, and by this yea\there will be 47 Black Hawks in our military inventory.

Ayon sa Republic Act No. 11964 o Automatic Income Classification of Provinces, Cities, and Municipalities: “Cities shall be classified into five (5) classes, according to their income ranges and based on the average annual regular income for three (3) fiscal years preceding a general income reclassification. The classification shall be as follows: (1) First Class – Cities that have obtained an average annual regular income of One billion three hundred million pesos (P1,300,000,000.00) or more;”

Province Even with Less than 250-K Pop. Needs a Congressman

While writing a blog on the cities of Dagupan and San Carlos going First Class in year 2027, I stumbled on this statute:

A fifth class province should have an earning of less than P500 million a year, according to Republic Act No. 11964 or Automatic Income Classification of Provinces, Cities, and Municipalities.

Many cities in the Philippines have their own income of almost P2 billion annually each but they don't have a Congressman to represent them while a province with less than P500 million income is mandated to have one member in the House of Representatives.

How Trump Deals with Venezuela Anti-U.S V.P?

It is still uncertain if Venezuela runs under a United States friendly government because the successor of President Nicolás Maduro (collared by the U.S Delta Force and flown to the United States earlier to face a set of narco cases) according to that oil rich country's law is Vice President Delcy Rodriguez. Rodriguez is pro Maduro and critical to the U.S.

The American military just snatched out Maduro and his wife and did not commit soldiers on the ground to wage war with the Venezuelans. President Donald Trump is lukewarm to commit the American military for a protracted war just like what happened in Vietnam, Afghanistan, and Iraq.
