Local Government head Gina C. Eslera, and Information Officer Evangeline O.
Pescador received the Silver Award
during the 2018 National Anti-Drug Abuse Council Performance Award held on
December 28, 2018 at the Manila Hotel for the recognition of the exemplary
efforts of the local government unit of Lingayen , through the Anti Drug &
Abuse Council (ADAC), and the Philippines National Police, complementing the
national government's efforts in eradicating the country's narcotics problem.
