Dagupan City Mayor Belen Fernandez hosted last Thursday the birthday
celebration of the City’s former mayor Al Fernandez.
The venue, attended by the city
government’s officials and close friends of
the two Fernandezes, was held at
the Japanese restaurant's New Leaf at
Perez Blvd, Dagupan City.
