Inaugural Ceremony

INAUGURATION. Friends posterity pose with Binalonan unopposed and reelected Mayor Ramon "Mon Mon" V. Guico III (2nd from left) and the burgeoning town's reelected Vice Mayor Ely Patague (3rd from left) during the duo's  election inaugural ceremony at the town's plaza.
 The mayor is a pilot and an aviation instructor whose family owned the country's modern flying school's WCC's Aeronautical and Technological College  based in the town.
