Dagupan City Mayor Belen T.
Fernandez is all set to join the rest of the world in the global forum at the
United Nations in New York to discuss her city’s efforts to address marine
pollution.
Fernandez will be a panel member tomorrow to share her city’s challenges and best practices to prevent, reduce and control pollution from marine debris, plastics and microplastics to the conference’s participants, advocates and global organizations.
