Motorists advise: Take another route in Dagupan

All motorists are advised to take alternate routes as nearly 30 major power lines of Decorp were felled around 3-4am when typhoon Lando battered Dagupan. The entire stretch of De Venecia Highway in Lucao-Pantal are impassable to all types of vehicles.
