Espino, Jr. pays his last respects to PNP-Special Action Force trooper, PO2 Ephraim Mejia at the elite cop’s hometown in San Nicolas, Pangasinan last January 31. The Governor, a former soldier and policeman, provided financial support to Mejia’s family.
