MAYOR BELEN T. FERNANDEZ: After the river clean up small cages are given permit for their livelihood . 7 x 10 sqm is only allowed with approved area of installation of cages only . Together with the OSBC manager we install the Mayor's Permit to qualified small fisherman only.
