September 12 a regular holiday for Eid'l Adha

DAGUPAN CITY – The public looks forward to spending a long weekend after President Rodrigo Duterte has declared September 12 (Monday) a regular holiday throughout the country in observance of Eid’l Adha or Feast of Sacrifice.
