RIVALS. Pangasinan
vice gubernatorial rivals Calasiao Mayor Mark Roy Macanlalay and Vice Governor
Ferdinand Calimlim are comfortable sitting with each other as they once in a
while exchanged pleasantries. Officials of the Department of Foreign Affairs
invited them and former President Fidel V. Ramos who graced last January 17 the
opening of the satellite office of the DFA at Robinsons Mall in Calasiao,
