BOOK. Former President Fidel V. Ramos and nephew Pangasinan Board Member Ranjit Ramos Shahani raise the coffee table book on the Ramos patriarch Ambassador Narciso Ramos donated last January 17 by the former president to the satellite office of the Department of Foreign Affairs at Robinsons Mall in Calasiao, Pangasinan when Ramos grace its opening. The satellite office materialized through the intercession of BM Shahani, a former congressman, in Manila. Other guests on the occasion were Pangasinan’s Third District Congresswoman Rosemarie “Baby” Arenas, former Senator Leticia Ramos Shahani, DFA Assistant Secretary of Consular Affairs Frank R.
