| Former Mangaldan Human Resources Management Head Helen Aquino (Fourth from Left) and her lawyer Manuel Manuel listen as the town’s Mayor Bona Fe de Vera-Parayno presided last August 15 the administrative case she filled against Aquino and former Municipal Accountant Evelyn Bernabe. The duo were administratively charged with misrepresenting more than 60 employees of the municipal government, using bogus names for some of them, in obtaining loans from Villasis Pri Villasis Prime Lending Corporationme Lending Corporation in Villasis, Pangasinan. Aquino denied the charges saying she did not sign the documents and added that the same charges under then Mangaldan Mayor Berex Abalos had been dismissed by the Civil Service Commission.
