1,734 P'nses Get P20,000 each support

Technical Skills and Development Authority (TESDA) Director-General Joel Villanueva (4^th from left) and Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. (3^rd from left) lead the distribution of scholarship assistance to some 1,734 Pangasinenses worth P20,000 each as part of the Cash for Training Project (C4TP) of TESDA and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).  The Governor thanked the national government for such project that supports his jobs and employment thrust.  Joining the Governor are (from left) Cong.
