THEFT - A woman (extreme right) was nabbed by members of the Public Order & Safety Office (POSO) of Dagupan City when she allegedly took the mobile phone from the bag of a female customer (extreme left) at the Magsaysay Fish Market.

According to POSO personnel, they chase the woman and her companions before the suspect was collared.

A source said that she and her companions were being monitored for their suspicious movements in the malls. The suspect, a resident of the city, was charged with theft at the police station.
