GALLANTRY - A tot being rescued by a cop in Calasiao town in Pangasinan because of the swelling breast deep flood brought by the unabated rainfalls caused by the the low pressure area (LPA) after Typhoon Inday left the Philippines. The menacing flood is aggravated by the breached allegedly substandard constructed river dike in the neighboring Sta. Barbara town that "drowned" many parts of Calasiao and Dagupan City since Friday night. Photo Credit : CaIasiao PNP.

Raquel Abuan Lopez Rocafor
Raquel Abuan Lopez Rocafor Saludo ako sa yo sir!
Vilter T. Villanueva Rescuers are doing a very heroic act despite lack of rescue equipment.we already know our country is typhoon destination country therefore it is a flood prone country.why not procure amphiboius rescue vehicles rather than wasting on project that is no match to flashfloods and landslides.the world is destines to be a waterworld in asia and freezing cold in the other areas.why not prepare now for the most worst.the indicators is here and we keep blaming the waste disposal and environment destruction.lets face the amphibious solution.disaster will come but it will be minimal to those who are prepared and fully equip for it.
