BATAOIL'S SCHOLARS. Young scholars of Pangasinan Congressman

Foundation, an educational assistance program from Japan. 

The solon said these children are poor but bright  who deserved such

 support for their education.

Some of the 2,400 Congressman Bataoil' college scholars. They are recipients
 of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) program dubbed as"Tulong Dunong"
for School Year 2016-2017.  Today, the CHED released their checks for their school
 tuition and other needs.
