PRESS CORPS. Members of the San Carlos City Police Station’s Press Corps (SCCPSPC) breaks bread with Police Supt. Charles Umayam (2^nd from right), the city’s chief of police after the Corps covered the Sangguniang Panlungsod (city council) commending  him this morning for his firm resolve in maintaining public order and safety of the San Carleneans and the city government.
