Police killed 2 alleged hit men

URDANETA CITY - Policemen led by Superintendent Jeff E. Fanged, chief of police here, were able to exterminate two motorcycle riding criminals (MRC) at about 1:00 AM of November 9, 2015 at the boundary of Brgy. Labit Proper and Brgy. Pinmaludpod, Urdaneta City.

An armed encounter ensued between the special weapons and tactics (SWAT) of this city's police and two male suspected to be motorcycle riding criminal (MRC) which resulted to the death of the two  of them.

Initial investigation disclosed that a concern citizen sent a text message to the Urdaneta City Police Station -Tactical Operation Command (UCPS -TOC) informing about the presence of two suspicious persons riding in a motorcycle XRM, color red who were seen roaming at Brgy. Labit  here numerous times.

Confiscated from the suspects were two short firearms; one Caliber .45 pistol and one (1) 9mm Sig sauer P250 pistol and one hand grenade

Upon receipt of the info, UCPS SWAT was directed to verify the information and met the malefactors at the bridge along the barangay road. When SWAT team flagged them, the suspects immediately fired successive shots towards the SWAT which in turn took cover and then fired back.

One of the suspects was immediately rushed at the Urdaneta District Hospital (UDH) as there was still sign of life but pronounced dead on arrival (DOA) by attending physician. His identity is still unknown as there's no ID's in his possession. The other suspect was identified thru his driver's license in his wallet as FRED VICTORIO y DE GUZMAN, 43 years old from Brgy. Lucao, Dagupan City.
