Marjury Lorezco, chief trade and industry development specialist of DTI-Pangasinan, said this is pursuant to the Go Negosyo Act that provides for the creation of Negosyo Centers across the country to help grow the micro, small and medium enterprise sector.
“The Negosyo Center can register business names, offer advisory to aspiring entrepreneurs, and help existing enterprises link their products to potential markets, among others,” Lorezco said during the Pantongtongan Tayo (Pag-Usapan Natin) radio program of PIA-Pangasinan on Tuesday.
She said this is the sixth Negosyo Center established in Pangasinan.
“Negosyo centers are also present in the cities of Alaminos and Dagupan, Rosales, Lingayen and Mangaldan,” she added.
Aside from the launching of the new Negosyo Center, Lorezco said that DTI will also conduct monitoring and enforcement activities in Bayambang town as one of its mandates is to protect the interests of consumers especially on products that pose threats to their life and safety. (PIA-1, Pangasinan)
