The people of Basista, Pangasinan welcome with excitement and optimism the year 2024 in a huge fireworks display held recently at their public municipal ground.

The pyrotechnics have been sponsored by the local government through the leadership of Mayor Jolly R. Resuello, the lawmaking body headed by Vice Mayor Dante P. Bustarde, departments heads, village chiefs and others.

The office of the mayor was
grateful too to the presence of Pangasinan 2nd District Board Member and
Lawyer Haidee S. Pacheco who witnessed the fireworks.
“Nawa'y ang
taon na ito ay magdala ng kagalakan, tagumpay at mga hindi malilimutang sandali
para sa lahat (Hope this new year would bring joy, success and unforgettable
experiences to everyone)” the municipal official Facebook Page’s
