to taxpayers

CALASIAO – To spike collection, the new assistant chief
of the Bureau of Internal Revenue here focuses on the implementation and
collection that taxpayers already owed the government for this year’s P4.5
billion tax goal.
Alvin Avelino Camba, 38, cited that after the national
office of the BIR based in Quezon City took the contractors' taxes at the
Department of Public Works & Highway, the P250,000.00 below exemption of
each of the taxpayers to pay income tax if they earn a gross of that amount,
and those taxable items at the Train Law- II, his superior RDO-4 Chief Ernesto I.
Mangabat and co-workers at the revenue district office have to soldier on to meet the tall orders.
“Magpo-fucos kami
Camba replaced last May 2 Maria Bernadette Mangaoang as
the No. 2 man of the district that supervises two cities and 13 towns in
central Pangasinan.
RDO-4 is considered by BIR insiders as the premier office in the six RDOs in Region-1 because of the biggest financial goal given to it by the Manila government.

Although he came from BIR Baguio City as his resident, married, and have two children there, Camba said he came from Bani,
Pangasinan.
“I just studied my
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at SLU in Baguio City but I am from Barangay
San Vicente at Bani,” he stressed to this writer.
He said his father and mother are Sergio Camba and Nida Avelino.
Camba said his father is a relative of Bani Mayor Gwen Palafox-Yamamoto.
