SOCA 2018 in Dagupan City Today

The city government of Dagupan will bare its accomplishments, achievements and upcoming projects to the public through the State of the City Address (SOCA), to be delivered by Mayor Belen T. Fernandez on September 10, 2018 (Monday), 10:00 AM at CSI Stadia, carrying the theme of “The City of Champions: Continuously Making History Towards Building a Legacy.”
