Perspective of the proposed renovation of the Mangaldan town plaza by Mayor Bona Fe D. Parayno.
According to Councilor Aldrin Sorian and Fernando Saguisag Cabrera, administrative officer 4 of the local government of Mangaldan, said the ground breaking of the world class project to be led by Mayor Parayno will be on April 8 (Tuesday) to be held at the plaza after the flag ceremony in the morning.
