People in the thriving town of Bayambang, Pangasinan celebrated a Halloween
Party last October 30. It was dubbed: Halloween Party: The Walking Dead held at
dusk at the town’s People’s Park Auditorium. It was opened by a speech from Mayor
Cezar T. Quiambao, followed by a zumba dance, awarding of winners in Best
Creative Halloween Costume, Scariest Halloween Costume, Funniest Halloween
Costume, Sexiest Halloween Costume, and Best Couple Costume, and closing remark
by Vice Mayor Raul R. Sabangan.

becoming a mayor of the burgeoning Central Pangasinan town in 2016, Quiambao
was the Chief-Executive-Officer of Stradcom Corporation, a company which
manufactures and operates Information Technology infrastructure projects for
