DCPS'’ WCPD IS BEST IN REGION 1– The Dagupan City Police Station’s (DCPS) Women and Children Protection Desk (WCPD) has been adjudged as the Best Women and Children Protection Desk Region-wide during the 116^th Police Service Anniversary held at the Police Regional Office 1 in San Fernando City, La Union. The award was presented to Mayor Belen T. Fernandez (right) during the flag raising ceremony at the city plaza on October 9.
