Lingayen --- The Civil Service Commission (CSC) Lingayen field office has announced that filing of applications for the forthcoming Civil Service Examinations is ongoing until February 20.
The paper-and-pencil test CSC exam is set on April 6 for both applicants of professional and sub-professional levels in San Fernando City, La Union.
Applicants are reminded to bring complete requirements to ensure smooth flow of filing the application.
Application requirements include: fully-accomplished application form available at the CSC office. The spaces for ‘signature of applicant’ and ‘right thumbmark’ on the form should be left blank. These shall be accomplished in the presence of the CSC processor; four copies of identical passport-sized picture, colored with white background, taken within three months prior to filing of application. Must have full and handwritten (not computer-generated) name tag in the format: first name, middle initial, last name, extension name (if any) and signature over printed name.
Applicants are also required to bring original photocopy of anu valid ID containing applicant’s clear picture, date of birth, signature, and signature of authorized head of the issuing agency such as driver’s license, SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, company/office, school, postal, BIR, barangay, voter’s valid passport or police clearance.
Any other ID not included in the list shall not be accepted. IDs that lack of information, particularly the applicant’s date of birth should be supported by NSO-authenticated birth certificate or as issued by the local civil registrar.
An examination fee of five hundred pesos (Php 500.00) will be charged from each applicant.
