Top honchos of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in Region-1 have been reorganized and assigned to various revenue district offices (RDOs) in and out of the Ilocos Region.
According to an RDO Chief on conditioned of anonymity that those names listed on the Travel Assignment Order were Assistant RDO No. 4 Chief Aldrin Camba of Central Pangasinan, Assistant RDO No. 5 Chief Marinel Tandoc of Western Pangasinan, and Assistant RDO No. 6 Chief Lolita Salayog of Eastern Pangasinan.
The three have been assigned in Abra Province as officer-in-charge RDO Chief, Assistant RDO No. 1 Chief in Ilocos Norte, and RDO No.17-B in Tarlac Provice, respectively.
Those who replaced Camba, Tandoc, and Salayog were Assistant RDO Chief Susana C. Cabanayan - who came from RDO No.1 in Ilocos Province -, Charlito S. Samson, and the Assistant RDO No. 3 Chief from La Union.
The one who replaced the Assistant RDO in La Union came from Baguio City’s RDO.
RDO No. 3 is under the helm of RDO Chief Charmaine dela Torre.
The new Assistant RDO No. 6 Chief of Eastern Pangasinan is Doris G. Rimando. The fifteen towns and a city's tax office is under the stewardship of RDO-6 Chief Ma. Bernadette Mangaoang.
“Thank you Sir. Hindi na ako nakapag paalam sa inyo. Baka soon magkikita ulit tayo diyan sa Pangasinan,” Camba told this writer when the latter congratulated him through social media about his promotion as the tax top honcho in Abra.
The young RDO Chief is a resident of Baguio City and Bani, Pangasinan.
“Hi Mortz. Si Maam Lolit Salayog is still ARDO, transferred to RDO-17-B Paniqui, Tarlac. Si Maam Marinela Tandoc is ARDO transferred to RDO-1 Laoag (City),” Taxpayer Assistance Unit Chief Lee Caday told this newspaper.
