Bani LGU officials and employees join PASYAR Pangasinan

Lingayen- - -“Unity among Pangasinenses is finally realized. Now I am free to visit your town and share whatever basic services that the province can offer.”
Pangasinan Governor Amadto T. Espino (R) pressed  flesh
with Custom Chief Ruffy Biazon.
This was disclosed by Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. during the short program held among local government employees of Bani in their “Pasyar Pangasinan”-Lakbay Aral held September 10 at the Sison Auditorium.
The governor recounted how he missed some opportunities of going to the western town and personally deliver basic services to the people because he was shunned from doing it because of political constraints. “When I won as governor in 2007, I have so many things in mind to make your town more progressive,” Gov. Espino lamented as he further said that everything should now be set aside and start moving forward to leave a lasting legacy that is especially dedicated to the youth. Pasyar Pangasinan is one of the innovative projects of the present administration geared to enhance and further promote the province’s local tourism. It can be recalled that the governor personally introduced the I Love Pangasinan campaign to the towns of Bani and Bugallon and the city of Alaminos last September 3 being the main core of his thrust to reinvent tourism in the province.
The governor has expressed full support to the leadership of Mayor Gwen Yamamoto as he vowed to help in the improvement of their municipal plaza being “the face, the heart, and the soul” of their town. Another batch of LGU Bani employees will visit the Capitol on September 10 while LGU officials and employees of Alaminos City and Bugallon are scheduled to hold their study tour on September 12-13 and September 18-19.
Tour itinerary include visit to the Our Lady of Manaoag Shrine, Urduja House, Capitol building and other adjacent structures. (PIO/Ruby R. Bernardino)
