MGA KATOLIKO DADAGSAIN ANG 100 YEARS NI LADY OF MANAOAG

MANAOAG, Pangasinan -  Dudumugin ng daang libong Katolikong mananampalataya ang Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary of Manaoag dahil sa ika isandaang taong anibersaryo nito sa Abril 22, 2026, ani ng alkalde dito.

Sinabi ni Mayor Jeremy Agerico “Ming” B. Rosario na ang Centennial Canonical Celebration ng Our Lady of Manaoag ay gaganapin sa Abril 22, 2026.

“I was eight years old kid (in 1975) when the Golden Jubille Coronation was done at nakita ko ang (dami ng) tao dito lalo na ngayon. Jubille is 50 years, 100 years’ coronation ang Our Lady of Manaoag. So magtatayo po ng malaking altar sa harap ng facade (ng simbahan) and of course mayroon pong ceremonial coronation,” ani Alkalde.

Aniya magmula sa mga hotel dito hanggang Dagupan City “dito (halos) fully booked na” ng mga pilgrim sa nasabing higanteng kaganapan sa susunod na taon.

“Mga kamag-anak namin sa abroad will be coming here for the event. Magpa reserve na po tayo how can we access Manaoag on that big date”.

Aniya ang event na ito ay collaboration ng kanyang pamunuan, Department of Tourism, Provincial Government of Pangasinan sa liderato ni Gov. Ramon V. Guico III, mga pari ng Dominican Orders of ng Our Lady of Manaoag.

“Ang lead convenor ng preparation na ito is (Lingayen-Dagupan in Pangasinan) Archbishop Sol Villegas so busy lahat ng preparasyon by January everything all effort will be prepararing for that in April 22,” dagdag ng medical doctor na alkalde.
