Chair Art Gaspar, former Provincial Accountant Art Soriano, and others gathered around him to buttress his formidable candidacy.
The young charismatic Caramat was responsible for this chutzpah as the filing of the certificate of candidacy (CoC) nears the October 1 to 8, 2024 deadline
Patrick is the scion of bemedalled Police Major Gen. Romeo Caramat (PMA '92) - my classmate at the College of Law.
Last year, Pangasinan Governor Monmon Guico told this political columnist that he anointed already Patrick Caramat- Kevin Macanlalay tandem as his candidates in Calasiao.
