Many Parts of P'sinan Drowned by Flood

GALLANTRY - A tot being rescued by a cop in Calasiao town in Pangasinan because of the swelling breast deep flood brought by the unabated rainfalls caused by the the low pressure area (LPA) after Typhoon Inday left the Philippines. The menacing flood is aggravated by the breached allegedly substandard constructed river dike in the neighboring Sta.
