Gov. Espino Welcomes the Police during Disaster Consciousness Month Kick-off.  Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. (right) welcomes the members of the police force, one of the member-agencies of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC), during the kick-off ceremony of the National Disaster Consciousness Month at the Capitol Plaza in Lingayen last July 14.  Through the disaster preparedness program of the PDRRMC chaired by Gov. Espino, Pangasinan recorded zero casualty and zero damage in agriculture during the onslaught of Typhoon Glenda.  /VFS
