DAGUPAN CITY – The president of the Association of Private Schools, Colleges, & Universities (Metro-Dagupan Chapter) hailed the almost three thousand jam packed crowd who attended the “Pera Mo Palaguin Mo (increase your money) program” graced by Francisco Colayco and company here. Mr. Rex Lor said the invitation for Colayco as resource person was an innovative project approved by the leadership of APSCU to increase the knowledge of the people here how to handle their finances. “This is actually an effort of different schools and universities coming together. This is nice because we have brought something new to Dagupan City, and something lasting to teach people how to fish and not to get fish,” he stressed. “Pera Mo Palaguin Mo!” is the 10 Commandments of Colayco how to effectively empower Filipinos with the knowledge, skills and tools to be wealthy.
Colayco is a renowned best selling author on finances and personal finance and investing expert in the country. Lor explained that the idea of bringing Colayco was a concerted effort of the wisdom of the officers of APSCU particularly Mrs. Candy Torio Blancaflor of Edna’s School as relevant to the financial management of professional, students, and man of the streets.

Lor said that a day before the Seminar in November 24 was held, the 2,500 tickets allocated for the program held in an air-conditioned gym of a university here have been already sold-out to ticket buyers who were shoving and jostling with each other just to avail one for them (MCO).
