An Angry Governor

An angry and smarting Pangasinan Governor  Amado T. Espino called an emergency press conference recently to rebut the statements of Board Member Alfonso Bince who insinuated that he was apathetic to the proliferation of the issuance of permits by mayors for the operation of the gambling game Jai-Alai in the province.
