Anchored on promoting sportsmanship, teamwork and physical fitness, the month-long POGI sportsfest features seven teams representing clustered offices at the Capitol Complex including the provincial government-owned hospitals which are all vying for supremacy in various sporting events and the over-all championship crown.
Governor Espino urged Capitol employees during the opening ceremony to highlight the impact of the sports activity as a means to foster cooperation among fellow workers, kindle the enthusiasm of employees to indulge in sports and develop a sense of respect for others.
